Our Premium Quality Hotels have set themselves this standard and operate at the highest level in their excellent category. At the same time, the seal serves as motivation to constantly reinvent oneself, to remain innovative and to constantly exceed one's own expectations. In order to guarantee optimisation and innovation, the Quality Certificate is checked and awarded once a year.

Since 2015, the Fit Reisen Quality Certificate has been awarded according to fixed criteria and has established itself as a serious benchmark among our partner hotels and customers. It is of particular importance to us to put the customer's wishes in the foreground and to be able to reflect and highlight them even better from year to year.

How do we proceed?

In order to objectively determine and award the quality of the services, Fit Reisen has developed a two-stage testing process that awards the Fit Reisen Quality Certificate to the highest quality and best rated hotels. Here, too, a special focus is placed on the hotel guest himself. Our customers’ evaluations of services are a decisive factor in the awarding of the Fit Reisen Quality Certificate in order to guarantee the credibility of the quality statement.

  1. Analysis of the highest-quality hotels with outstanding services and health guidance according to a fixed test criteria and subsequent inclusion in the product catalogue
  2. Evaluation by qualified travel experts and real customers: for the hotel to be awarded the Fit Reisen Quality Certificate, at least 4 out of 5 possible points must be awarded by real customers.

Test Criteria

The criteria reviewed by our travel experts and clients were developed on the basis of the characteristics that a hotel must meet from the guests' point of view in order to be perceived as being of particularly high quality.
