For the second year in running, Fit Reisen is presenting its Hotel Awards in 2026, recognizing outstanding properties across eight categories - from Ayurveda and Wellness to Cures & Health. With this award, we aim to honor hotels that have impressed our guests over the past year with exceptional quality, above-average ratings, and strong popularity. At the same time, the award offers valuable guidance in helping you choose the perfect hotel for your next wellness break.
Award Criteria: How The Winners Were Determined
To ensure a well-founded and authentic evaluation, the selection of the best hotels for 2026 followed a clearly defined assessment process.
The process began with a pre-qualification phase. Only those hotels that met specific minimum requirements were considered. These included a minimum number of bookings and reviews, as well as a minimum average rating.
Qualified hotels were then assessed based on the following criteria:
- Number of reviews & average rating at Fit Reisen in 2025
- Overall average rating at Fit Reisen across all years
- Number of bookings via Fit Reisen in 2025
- Revenue generated via Fit Reisen in 2025
The result: A selection of accommodations that stand out through exceptional quality and high customer satisfaction.
